Profession: County and State Government

Education: I graduated from Central High School with Diploma, I completed 4 (six week) courses at the Tennessee Technology Center in Harriman with Certificate. I also completed several classes at Roane State Community College.

Family: My parents are Georgie VanNorstran Dagley and the late Louis Dagley of Wartburg. I am married to Mark Keck who will be retiring from the Navy with 35 years of military service on June 30th. I have a daughter and son-in-law Jeremiah and Ashley Norman. Ashley is employed at Roane Medical Center and Jeremiah is employed at the Morgan County Correctional Complex. I have two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie Freytag who was married to the late Frank Freytag and Angie and Don Lemons. I also have two brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Tanuja Dagley and James and Carmen Dagley all of Wartburg.

Organizations: I participated in many school functions and worked with the Junior Pro basketball program here in Wartburg for several years. I was also the Treasurer of the East Tennessee State Court Clerk’s Association from January thru December of 2009. I am presently attending Liberty Baptist Church of Wartburg.

Experience: I have 7 years in office experience working for Russell Scott a former Circuit Court Clerk for Morgan County of 24 years. I have 8 years experience as Administrative Assistant working for Joe Walker Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial District including Morgan, Loudon, Roane and Meigs Counties. On September 1, 2010 I will have 4 years experience as the Circuit Court Clerk for Morgan County.

Why Running: I am running for this office because this is the field of work I have been in for 18 plus years including 4 years as your Circuit Court Clerk and I wish to continue this field of work as long as I am allowed to do so. I am proud to be able to serve the people of Morgan County as your Circuit Court Clerk.

Top Issue Beliefs: To maintain the functions of this office as required by law and make updates as needed to keep the office running efficiently. To serve the people of Morgan County to the best of my ability, ethically and fiscally responsible.
